Terms and Conditions

  1. Student registered for a full course must complete 20 hours online, 10 hours digital instructions online and 10 hours of in-vehicle training.

  2. Student must complete the full course within 12 months from starting the course (both online and in-vehicle training).

  3. Administration fee of $20 will apply if student does not want to continue course after completing 2 hours or more than 2 hours of online instructions.

  4. Driving school has authority to release all information to MTO, Insurance Bureau of Canada and auditor appointed by the Ministry of Transportation.

  5. Students must read all the terms and conditions before starting the online course.

I certify that the statements in this document are accurate and consent to the release of any information contained herein to the Ministry of Transportation, Insurance Bureau of Canada and the auditing firm retained by the Ministry.

  1. Please note that $300 of payment is non-refundable.

  2. Please note that should you lose a workbook, a $15.00 charge will be applicable. (In-class only)

  3. Students must provide 24 hours notice to cancel an in car lesson. Otherwise, they will be charged for the scheduled lesson.

  4. If you completed 25% of the course in-class or in-car and wish to withdraw from the course, there will be no refund.

  5. Our services area includes, pickering, ajax, whitby, brooklyn, Oshawa and Bowmanville.

  6. For Port Union road test services will be additional $80.

  7. For Peterborough/Lindsay road test services will be additional $350.

  8. ALL students must complete the Biginner driver’s course within ONE year (365 days) of the starting date ( No exception)

  9. I consent the school reserves the right to release any pertinent information to the ministry of transportation, the Ontario Safety league and Insurance Bureau of Canada.
