Our Terms/Conditions

  • Please note that $300 of payment is non-refundable.
  • Please note that should you lose a workbook, a $15.00 charge will be applicable. (In-class only)
  • Students must provide 24 hours notice to cancel an in-car lesson. Otherwise, they will be charged for the scheduled lesson.
  • If you completed 25% of the course in-class or in-car and wish to withdraw from the course, there will be no refund.
  • Our services area includes Whitby, Brooklyn, and Oshawa.
  • Our standard road test services are provided for the Oshawa center only.
  • For Port Union road test services will be an additional $100.
  • For Peterborough/Lindsay road test services will be an additional $350.
  • ALL students must complete the Beginner driver’s course within ONE year (365 days) of the starting date ( No exception). If your course expires, you will be required to pay the full fee and start all over again.
  • I consent that the school reserves the right to release any pertinent information to the ministry of transportation, the Ontario Safety League, and the Insurance Bureau of Canada.

Final Exam

The exam is a total of 35 questions and you must obtain a 70% or higher score to pass the course as per the BDE  MTO Standards. You have 3 attempts to pass the final exam.
